GIC was present at the Atherosclerosis European Society Congress

O GIC esteve presente na 91.ª edição do congresso da Sociedade Europeia de Aterosclerose (EAS), que decorreu entre os dias 21 e 24 de Maio de 2023 em Mannheim, Alemanha.
Foram apresentados 5 trabalhos:
- 1 comunicação oral: "Sitosterolemia in Iberoamerican countries: new cases and phenotype genotype analysis" por Ana Catarina Alves;
- 3 posters apresentados (sessão Science at a Glance): "Adult cascade screening versus child reverse cascade screening in Familial Hypercholesterolemia" por Beatriz Miranda, "Genetic background of individuals with clinical diagnosis of FH from the Portuguese FH Study cohort" por Ana Medeiros e "Resolving conflicting LDLR variants in ClinVar – Progress of the ClinGen Familial Hypercholesterolemia Variant Curation Expert Panel" por Joana Chora;
- e 1 poster electrónico: "Functional Studies of APOB variants – the experience of the Portuguese Familial Hypercholesterolemia Study" por Maria Ferreira.
