Ana Catarina Alves recebeu 3º lugar de melhor comunicação oral na 4ª Reunião do Núcleo de Estudos de Prevenção e Risco Vascular, que decorreu no dia 10 de Dezembro de 2022 em Peniche, Portugal pelo trabalho "Preliminary results of thrombogenic risk factors in the Portuguese population".

Ana Catarina Alves received 3rd place of best oral communication at the 4th Meeting of the Prevention and Vascular Risk Study Group, that took place on December 10th 2022 in Peniche, Portugal for her work "Preliminary results of thrombogenic risk factors in the Portuguese population".

Ana Margarida Medeiros foi distinguida com o Prémio Dr. Pedro Marques da Silva, prémio da melhor comunicação poster no XXX Congresso Português de Aterosclerose, que decorreu nos dias 14 e 15 de Outubro, em Évora. A distinção foi atribuída ao trabalho intitulado “Genetic background behind the Familial Hypercholesterolemia phenotype”

Ana Margarida Medeiros received the Prémio Dr. Pedro Marques da Silva, an award for the best poster communication in the XXX Portuguese Atherosclerosis Congress, that took place on October 14th and 15th in Évora. The award was given to the work titled  “Genetic background behind the Familial Hypercholesterolemia phenotype” 

Joana Rita Chora foi distinguida com o Prémio Dr. Pedro Marques da Silva, prémio da melhor comunicação poster no XXIX, que decorreu nos dias 15 e 16 de Outubro, em Aveiro. A distinção foi atribuída ao trabalho intitulado “Cardiovascular risk estimation and management in Familial Hypercholesterolemia patients.”

Joana Rita Chora received the Prémio Dr. Pedro Marques da Silva, an award for the best poster communication in the XXIX Portuguese Atherosclerosis Congress, that took place on October 15th and 16th in Aveiro. The award was given to the work titled  “Cardiovascular risk estimation and management in Familial Hypercholesterolemia patients” 

Durante a Reunião conjunta dos Grupos de Estudo de Risco Cardiovascular (GERC) e de Biologia Celular e Genética Cardiovascular (GEBCGC) da Sociedade Portuguesa de Cardiologia (SPC) com o nome "Riscar o Risco", a aluna de doutoramento do INSA/BioISI, Joana Rita Chora recebeu o prémio de melhor comunicação científica submetida à reunião com o trabalho “Prevalence of statin pharmacogenomic SNPs in Portugal”, com as co-autoras Ana Catarina Alves e Mafalda Bourbon.

During the joint meeting of the Cardiovascular Risk (GERC) and Celular Biology and Cardiovascular Genetics (GEBCGC) Study Groups from the Portuguese Cardiology Society (SPC) named "Riscar o Risco", the INSA/BioISI PhD student Joana Rita Chora received the award  for the best scientific communication  submitted to the meeting with the work “Prevalence of statin pharmacogenomic SNPs in Portugal”, alongside the co-authors Ana Catarina Alves and Mafalda Bourbon.

A distinção foi atribuída ao trabalho intitulado “Lipoprotein(a) levels and LPA genotype in patients with Familial Hypercholesterolemia.”

Mafalda Bourbon recebeu Menção Honrosa do Prémio BIAL de Medicina Clínica 2018  pelo trabalho "Translational Medicine in Familial Hypercholesterolaemia: from phenotype to genotype." com os co-autores Ana Catarina Alves, Ana Margarida Medeiros, Cibelle Mariano, Joana Rita Chora, Pablo Corral e Quitéria Rato.
O Prémio BIAL de Medicina Clínica visa galardoar uma obra intelectual, original, de índole médica, com tema livre e dirigida à prática clínica, que represente um trabalho com resultados de grande qualidade e relevância.
